Steamed in a pot, lotsa butter and lemon. Just go to town on that sucker until there is nothing but crushed shells left. And DONT FORGET THE MEAT IN THE SWIMMERETTES!!!
cooked
I put one leg over my shoulder.
Lobster - the Live Maine variety between 1-1/2 to 2 pounds - freshly steamed is best served with dawn butter and lemon. If it is lobster tail, better known as Rock Lobster, the meat can broiled or steamed, chunked or cubed and is best served with a sauce such as Alfredo or raumelod
As the other posters have suggested, drawn butter is the best accompaniment to lobster, but there is a technique to getting the butter perfect for eating with lobster:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Bring to a boil until the milk solids have separated and sunk to the bottom of the pan. Ladle out the clarified butter and place in a warm cup until the lobster is done.
I just like my lobster tail dipped in butter. i usually microwave some to melt it,
real melted butter with a couple drops of fresh lemom in it.
Mainer here.
