a soft flour tortilla, ranch, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and two slices of roasted deli chicken?
i wanted to put chunks of grilled chicken, but l could not find frozen grilled chicken in the frozen foods isle at walmart, l could only find like breaded chicken nuggets and tenders. would those work too, though?

Yum. I'd add some diced tomato too. Sounds good. I make those with chicken tenders all the time. You can put some bacon on too if you're not worries about fat and calories.
