unsweetened whipped cream

why not yogurt? That is also great on baked potatoes
Maybe lowfat sour cream or lowfat cream cheese.
Peel a couple of avocados, remove the pit and put them through the blender. Add a bit of lemon juice some diced bell pepper and onion and, if you like them, some diced hot peppers. Makes a great dip. You can use the avocado as a base for most any dip you want to make.

USE PLAIN YOGURT INSTEAD OF THE SOUR CREAM. ALSO, CREAM CHEESE CLOGS THE ARTERIES & TAKES 5 YEARS TO CLEAR OUT. BYE-BYE CHEESECAKE! :^(
Yogurt thickened slightly with dry cornstarch.. tastes and reacts very much like sour cream
How about yogurt or cream cheese with milk mixed in.
Pureed Chick peas work well!! Very healthy, loe in fat high in fiber, and exxcellent source of Manganese, and one cup has over 70% of RDA of Floate!! Add the roasted red Pepper mix to it that would be AWESOME!!!!!
Try plain Yogurt, I have never tried it myself, so I am not real sure how it will taste.
plain yogurt.
Use plain yogurt instead of sour cream. Many people make that the healthier choice when making dips.
Yogurt would be a great and healthy substitute.
How about fat free or low fat plain yogurt? Just use it in place of sour cream.
low fat creme fraiche or low fat greek yoghurt
