I've heard of the following:

Casini Ranch
Hilton Family
Johnson is Beach & Resort
River Bend

We would like something along the River, that does not have tons of cars on the campsite, that has some space or division (trees/bushes) between the sites, and that is generally well-liked (reviews?).

Any ideas?

Well I would ask locals and see what they say or like the person above drive to them and take a look. What is the best for one person is different for another.

i suggest you take a drive one day and look around then pick your spot and reserve it
