l work for PMA mortgage in Highlands Ranch, CO and backstabbed and lied my way to manager position, now that i'm manager the company is falling apart do to my own ignorance and alcohol-drug dependence...How can l get myself out of this mess and still be able to look at myself in the mirror every morning?
It sounds like u know the problem & r ready to deal with it. It is hard to do anything on drugs & alcohol. Get yourself together pull yourself up & be the person u knew u needed to be to get where u are. If u could figure out how to get there, channel those same energies in a positive way & start proving that u do deserve it now. Most mortgage companies r going through an adjustment period so it is probably not all ur fault. But as long as u choose to continue to use drugs & alcohol as u crutch in life u will continue to not like what u see in the mornings, because they only lead to a negative path...get off the excuses & on to living!
