Just looking for general figure (how much per square), to see if even financially possible for us.Home is about 1300 sq feet (very basic 1 level ranch).Already has two layers, so need tear off.No leaking.Shingles are starting to curl and disintegrate.

Any idea how much a tear off and reroof would cost in SE Mich

$100 per square (10' x 10') tear off and $75/sq re-application including application of weatherwatch, felt and ridge vent.
Thats labor only. Add for material cost and dump fees. Those can vary widely.

Here in Florida 30 year dimensional shingles are going about 4.25 a square, so roughly $5500.00
