l have a george foreman grill (I am an avid fan of it) but l get tired of the same old toppings relatively fast. Do you guys know of any interesting ideas besides mushrooms, bbq sauce, ranch sauce, ketchup, guacamole, bacon, and generic toppings like that that l can put on instead?

In Australia we like, well lots of us not all of us...the burger patty, followed by
BBQ pineapple rings, go George!
cold canned slices of beetroot/ beets
slices of good tomato
bacon
cheese, not very much
ice cold lettuce till it falls out the sides,
fried/caramelised onions, soft & mushy
and a fried egg if u want to ruin ur shirt!
select a big bun! hollow it out

Or my family is healthy version:
Burger patty/thin steak/chunk of chicken, boneless
hummus, tabbouleh, chili sauce
sliced cold tomato
lettuce (see above) & bit of mayo S & P, squeeze of lemon

When I went to Australia last summer, a VERY popular thing to do is to put pickled beet slices on the burger. I know it sounds nasty but its SOOOO good. I am 15 so for a teen to say that it must be good! lol

I see that Kimberly already suggested bleu cheese, and so I will second that. Yum!
Two other good ones might be sun-dried tomatoes or a wasabi aioli.
