Why should I work as a cardiologist at a VA hospital
It seems to me the primary benefit is helping our veterans. Pay grades should be public, look around on the net to find the scale. Pension benefits should be excellent. That would be online too.

By asking this question I would have to assume your not in medical school nor anywhere near being a doctor.
You should not do it for the money or the diverse patients!
