Need more info. what makes the pain better? What makes it worse? What kind of pain is it? Considering u have already got a CT & EKG, I am assuming you've already been to the doctor. Did they consider spine problems? Maybe the radiating arm pain is due to a pinched nerve in the neck. Usually heart problems in females do not radiate down into the left arm. this ''classic'' sign is only typical in males; female heart attacks tend show up as difficulty breathing, weakness, & fatigue. However, I am not ruling out the possibility of a heart problem.
No one is going to be able to diagnose ur problem here. You need to see a doctor if u r concerned about ur health. If ur doctor has hit a dead end & cannot solve ur problem, then try going to another doctor. Good luck.
Edit: the above poster mentioned costochondritis, which is a purely musculoskeletal problem. This type of problem would most likely be aggravated by movement of the ribcage or by poking ur finger into the area of pain. Heart problems would more likely be aggravated by exertion, such as climbing a flight of stairs. This is one way u can try to tell them apart. By the way, I am not a cardiologist, either.
I am not a cardiologist, but i did have a prob. once. I was having the same type of chest pain, radiated down my arm, gave me nausea, hurt in my jaw, I had ALL the signs of a heart attack. Of course went to the hospital, and they ran a bunch of tests. Turns out I had Costochondritis, an inflamation of the rib cage. The nurse I had said he has had both, a minor heart attack, and costochondritis, and they felt exactly the same. After a round of antiinflamitories, i was fine.
